GOLD PASS - FIRST CLASS!
Enjoy the best of the Australian International Airshow 2009 from the moment you arrive, but you will need to reserve your Gold Pass soon. Due to the exclusive benefits of this pass, the number available is strictly limited.
Your Gold Pass ticket includes:
- Reserved grandstand seat, right in front of the runway for the best possible views of all the action.
- Entrance to private Gold Pass enclosure and facilities
- Access to exclusive food outlets, bar, alfresco dining

Friday Gold Pass holders have the added bonus of early access to the site from 9am.
(On Friday, those Gold Pass holders who are at least 16 years may also enter the Aerospace & Defence Exhibition pavilion from 9am. Those under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Aerospace & Defence Exhibition pavilion until the start of the public session at 2pm. On Saturday and Sunday, the Aerospace & Defence Exhibition Pavilions are open to all visitors from 9am.)

Advance tickets can only be purchased through Ticketmaster and will
attract a $5.40 per order transaction fee. This fee only applies to tickets
purchased via phone, internet, mail and fax, whilst those purchased in
person at a Ticketmaster outlet do not attract the transaction fee.
AIRSHOW SERVICES AND FACILITIES
The Airshow site is fully serviced with everything you need for a great day out.
Ample car parking is available within walking distance of the Airshow entrance.
A fee of $10 per car is charged.
Licensed bars, restaurants, cafes, coffee stops and icecream stands are located around the venue. Please note that patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol onto the Airshow site. Just bring your appetite!
Public facilities include ATMs, toilets, first aid posts and baby care facilities. The Airshow also offers facilities for nursing mothers, lost children and senior citizens. Special facilities for people with disabilities include preferential parking for vehicles with Disabled Parking permits, a special rest area and toilets, and limited access
for wheelchairs and scooters.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- No refund or exchange will be made if tickets or passes are not used in full or in part.
- If any part of the Airshow or any performance, display, exhibit or any other element of the Airshow is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, in whole or in part, due to adverse weather conditions or for any other cause reasonably beyond the organiser’s control, there is no right to refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed by the organiser for the arrangement of a substitute event, performance, display, exhibition or element.
- Program, display and exhibition content, duration and timing may be subject to alteration without notice. The right is reserved to vary, add, withdraw or substitute performances, exhibits and displays and/or to vary advertised programs, seating arrangements and facilities.
- All persons admitted to the airshow site or carparks are advised that airshows include elements of danger and risk of injury. The Organiser will obtain the approvals required by the applicable authorities for the staging of the airshow and will take such precautions as are reasonably appropriate on its part to minimise risk to those in attendance. It is a condition of entry that all persons attending the airshow do so accepting that the Organiser is unable to eliminate all risks.
- The Organiser does not accept responsibility for any negligent acts or omissions by performers, display participants, spectators, visitors, exhibitors, caterers, contractors, suppliers or persons other than the Organiser, its officials, servants or agents.
- The rights of refusal of entry and removal from the site are reserved by the Organiser.
- Gold Pass Tickets are subject to availability.
- Patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol into the Airshow site.
- A strict security regime will be in operation at the Australian international Airshow 2009. All persons entering this site may be subject to personal or property checks and inspections.
