Each chalet hosts up to 40 people and provides the perfect setting for
corporate and VIP gatherings.
The gourmet menus and wine lists are of world class standard and can
be enjoyed both inside the air-conditioned dining room or outside in
your private courtyard where you will enjoy unparalleled views of the
flying displays.
WHAT THE CORPORATE RECEPTION CHALET INCLUDES
- A spacious 5 x 10 metre chalet with clear glass front wall, silk-lined
internal walls, carpet, lighting, power points and air-conditioning.
Chalets are positioned facing the flight line
- Fenced courtyard with uninterrupted views of the flying displays.
The courtyard has a wooden floor covered with synthetic grass
- The opportunity to create your own company identity by fitting out
and furnishing your chalet to your individual requirements (additional
costs apply)
- Complimentary Airshow admission for chalet guests (40 per day)
LOCATION
Chalets are situated to provide the best views of the flying
display and are within close proximity to the Aerospace & Defence
Exposition and static displays.

A superb entertaining option for 16 people, our Corporate Villas are the
perfect hospitality option to ensure a day out with a difference.
Situated on the flight line and providing spectacular views of the flying
display, your exclusive courtyard guarantees a sky full of action packed
variety.
Inside, your guests will enjoy gourmet food and beverages tailored to
your requirements.
The Friday Night Alight flying display offers the option for entertaining
over lunch as well as dinner.
WHAT THE CORPORATE VILLA INCLUDES
- Private villa with internal seating for up to 16 people in fan-cooled
surroundings
- External seating within a private courtyard, with excellent viewing of
the flying displays
- Complimentary Airshow admission for villa guests
- Entrance gate sign bearing the villa holder’s name and flagpole for
your corporate flag

The Corporate Villas are located within the Gold Pass
enclosure, with excellent views of the flying displays and in close
proximity to the Aerospace & Defence Exposition and static displays.

Imagine hosting your own table in the Club Aerospace Chalet!
Club Aerospace is situated right on the flight line and offers the best
seat in the house for the greatest show off earth.
Here you and your guests will enjoy gourmet cuisine and excellent
wines and beverages in air-conditioned comfort.
Tables of 8 or 10 can be reserved or shared tables are available for
smaller groups or individuals.
Club Aerospace is the last word in Airshow luxury and features an
internal dining room and an outdoor courtyard.
The package includes lunch daily (and dinner on Friday night) and
drinks served throughout the afternoon.
Make it an Airshow that you and your guests will remember forever.

GOLD PASS
Enjoy the greatest show in town from the best seat in the house.
With a Gold Pass it’s privileged treatment from the moment you arrive at the
Airshow. A first class view of the flying display from your own reserved
grandstand seat.
WHAT A GOLD PASS INCLUDES
- Airshow admission
- Complimentary access to the public car park
- Reserved grandstand seat, right in front of the runway for the best
possible views of all the action
- Entrance to private Gold Pass enclosure and facilities

(Friday Gold Pass holders have access to the airshow site from 9am through to the Friday Night Alight Flying
Display. On Friday, Gold Pass Ticket holders who are at least 16 years may also enter the Aerospace & Defence
Exposition Pavilion from 9am. Access to the Exposition Pavilion is not permitted for those under 16 years of
age until the start of the public session at 2pm)
LOCATION
The Gold Pass Enclosure is located parallel to the flight
line and in close proximity to the Aerospace & Defence Exposition, static
displays and other major attractions.
TICKETS
Available for individuals or groups. Single, two-day and threeday
passes available.
AVAILABILITY
Gold Passes are issued for Friday 13th, Saturday 14th
and Sunday 15th of March. Gold Passes are limited and purchase is
subject to availability.
CATERING
A Gold Pass gives you access to an exclusive dining
enclosure. Here you will find a variety of gourmet food outlets and
shaded dining areas. The cost of catering is not included in the price of
the Gold Pass.
