The Media Centre will be available to all accredited media from 9am to 5pm from Tuesday 10 March to Thursday 12 March, then 9am to 9pm Friday 13 March and 8am to 6pm throughout the weekend.

The Media Centre will be staffed with friendly, helpful members of the Avalon 2009 media team.

It will provide work stations and have internet and telephone access. Storage facilities will be available for media equipment.

The Media Centre will also incorporate a light refreshment area.

Media access to the event will be via the main entrance.

The Media Centre will be located in the Exhibition pavilion.

Conference Rooms
Various conferences will be conducted in the Conference Centre.
Conference rooms are available with varying capacities ranging from 50 seats to 100 seats.

Smaller meeting rooms accommodating 10 people are also available.
