Refuel Hours of Operation

Avalon Main: 0800 to 1700 hours daily
Avalon East: 0800 to 1100 hours and 1500 to 1700 hours daily

Refueling Procedure
Aircraft Filler Points must be clearly labeled with the fuel type required.  Replacement stickers will be available from the tanker driver if required.

Crew Attendance
The aircraft pilot or designated crew member is to be in attendance at the aircraft throughout the refueling operation.

Payment
Operators/Pilots are responsible for payment of the cost of all fuel, oil and consumables obtained by them from Shell.  Unless other arrangements have been made separately with the refueling operator, payment at the completion of refueling will be required.  Payment options are:
