The industry-only Trade Sessions of the 2011 Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition are Tuesday 1, Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 March (from 9am - 5pm) and Friday 4 March (from 9am - 2pm). Only qualified trade visitors may attend during these times. These industry-only Trade Sessions are reserved for those with a professional, business or operational involvement in aviation, aerospace, defence or related government or industry sectors.
Accreditation as a trade visitor is required. Business card, company identification, applicable association membership card, CASA license or similar evidence of qualification may be required as a part of the accreditation process.
No person under the age of 16 years will be admitted during the Trade Sessions and a dress code applies. Appropriate (informal summer) business attire (or applicable military uniform) is required.
The general public may only attend during the public sessions namely Friday 4 (from 2pm), Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 March.
All visitors to Trade Sessions (including Defence personnel and complimentary ticket holders) are required to register as a trade visitor. Pre-registration is available online and is recommended to expedite the accreditation process on arrival at the Exhibition site.
An admission fee of $55 per person per day is payable for all visitors who do not have a complimentary ticket and can be purchased online (after the pre-registration process) or on arrival at the exhibition site.
Defence personnel will be admitted free on each of the Trade Sessions (not public sessions) on presentation of their Defence ID.
